Cheesy Pizza
Ingredients
For the Base
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp instant dried yeast
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp milk powder (optional)
1/4 tsp salt or as per taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil / melted butter
150 ml of warm water
Extra olive oil for brushing
For the Topping
1/4 Cup of Pizza Sauce
1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
1/2 Cup of baked diced Chicken /Beef or any cooked meat of your choice
Olives, Paprika and Green Chillies sliced
1 tsp of dried oregano (optional)
1/2 tsp of dried parsely (optional)

1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
1/2 Cup of baked diced Chicken /Beef or any cooked meat of your choice

1 tsp of dried oregano (optional)
1/2 tsp of dried parsely (optional)
Directions
- In a mug, combine instant yeast and sugar and let the yeast get activated for 10 minutes. (leave it in a warm place, covered)
- Take a bowl, add flour, milk powder, salt, baking powder and mix well.
- Then add the yeast mixture, olive oil, vegetable oil or melted butter to the flour mixture and knead well by adding warm water little at a time. (Do not use very hot water or boiled water as it will kill the yeast)
- Knead the dough well for 10 minutes until you get an elastic, smooth and soft dough. Form a the dough into a ball shape and leave it in a greased bowl covered, to rise for about 1 hour. (Do not keep the dough for too long as it will result in getting the yeast smell and taste)
- After one hour, give a good punch to the dough and divide them into equal sized balls,preferably two (depending on the size of your pizza).
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius for ten minutes.
- Dust the surface with flour slightly and roll out the pizza balls as thin as possible (about 1 cm thickness).
- Brush the pizza pan with olive oil or vegetable oil well and transfer the rolled out dough into the pizza pan. Pierce the pizza base with a fork to avoid the pizza getting puffed up when baking.
- Then drizzle or brush the pizza dough top with olive oil to get a golden colour. (Let the pizza dough rest for another 10 minutes)
- Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese (optional) and the rest of toppings or toppings of your choice respectively. (putting mozzarella cheese to the base will hold all the toppings to the pizza base)
- Bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Slice and serve! Enjoy!
