Swirl bread
I always love to make beautiful bread. This swirl bread is very easy to make and is very delicious. These are stuffed with a spicy chicken filling and cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour (450g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt or as per taste
2 tablespoons of white sugar
2 tablespoons of milk powder
1 cup warm water to knead (approximately, add more or less accordingly)
1 egg + water for egg washing

Directions
- Mix all the dry ingredients first in a mixing bowl. Then add olive oil and warm water gradually and mix well until all the flour is incorporated into the flour. Knead into a dough.
- Now add butter and knead well for about 10 minutes.
- Cover and leave it in a warm place to double in size.
- Once the dough has doubled in size, divide the dough into 4 equal dough balls. Cover and leave it for 15 minutes.
- Now roll out each dough ball and cut into four equal parts and place the filling and fold as in the picture.
- Cover and let it rise in the baking tray for 15 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Egg wash the breads and bake for 20 -25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
